Genset Controllers

The Power Command Control, is a microprocessor based generator set monitoring, metering, protection and control system. SERVO VOLTAGE STABILIZER

SERVO VOLTAGE STABILIZER

 
SHAKTI SERVO STABILIZER has a solid state Digital Control circuit which controls the servomotor. The motor is mechanically coupled to the arm of continuously variable autotransformer, which feeds to the primary of a Buck/Boost transformer. The stabilizer output voltage is compared with the reference voltage and the resultant error signals control the servo motor providing a true proportional control system rather than On/Off circuit.
Shakti Servo Stabilizer gives a constant output voltage within ± 1 % of the set output voltage irrespective of variations in input voltage and load. It is extremely efficient Stabilizer and meets the requirement of majority of voltage control problems. Its Action is independent of load’s magnitude & nature. Shakti Servo Voltage Stabilizer can with stand with an overload of 10% of rated load for a period of 30 Minutes and also takes a very high load for a short period. It has high speed of correction without hunting & there is no waveform distortion. The losses in the “SHAKTI STABILIZER” are very small & efficiency is above 98% at full load and as load decreases the efficiency increases accordingly. All stabilizers can be operated over an ambient temperature range of 5o C to 50o C.

All these transformers are designed, manufactured and supplied against specific requirement of supply voltage for the equipment. e.g. Equipments imported from American Countries work on supply voltage of 110/120 V, 1-Ph or 200/220 V, 3-Ph. Depending upon the type of equipment, Step up/ step down transformers can be supplied in both auto wound type or isolated type.

Similarly step up or booster transformers are supplied for the areas, where the supply voltage is usually very low.

CG has an exemplary facility with an established manufacturing range of low voltage motors. All the manufacturing units are well supported by robust infrastructure. For better reliability of windings, we are using automated coil formation & Insertion machines. The   windings are impregnated in VPI Plant. All the motors manufactured undergo rigorous testing at a computerized test plant.

Low Voltage (LV) AC motors range cast iron and aluminium motors conforming to IEC and NEMA MG 1 Standards.

CONSTRUCTION OF TROLLEY :
Low built, robust, fabricated from heavy duty steel angles and 8 mm thick plate structure is supported by six heavy duty UHMW material wheels on four corners of trolley. Two are guide wheels turning 3600 and other two are in pair works as steered wheels. Both the pairs of wheel have been fitted in specially designed mechanism which maintains the level of trolley even on rough and uneven surface of floor.

Suitable for transporting, loading / unloading big cloth rolls from batch winders of loom to cloth inspection area or storage area. Carrying Capacity up to 1500 Kgs and cloth roll diameter up to 1000 mm. The trolley is ideal for denim weaving looms or terry towel looms or the looms producing large cloth rolls equipped with batching motion.

Low built, compact, trolley fabricated from heavy duty angles and steel plates, supported by four guide wheels, turning 3600 for easy movements of forward and sideways direction. Low built, robust, narrow width pallet trolley is fabricated from heavy duty angles and steel plates, supported by two guide wheels in pair ( UHMW Material ) guiding the movements as per direction of handlebar force of pulling or pushing.
